We act as a "Data Fiduciary" for the information you provide:

• Identity Data: Name, age, and gender (collected primarily for volunteer verification).
• Contact Data: Email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Financial Data: PAN card number (mandatory for 80G tax receipts). We do not store credit card CVVs.
• Technical Data: IP address and browser type collected via analytics to improve site security.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

• Donation Processing: To process transactions and issue Form 10BE receipts.
• Volunteer Coordination: To verify backgrounds and assign tasks.
• Compliance: To meet obligations under the Income Tax Act and FCRA.

5. Media & Photography (Gallery)

• Informed Consent: All photographs of beneficiaries are published with prior consent.
• Right to Withdraw: If you wish for a photo to be removed, contact us immediately. We will remove digital copies within 48-72 hours.

6. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We only share data with:

• Statutory Authorities: Income Tax Department or Law Enforcement if legally mandated.
• Service Providers: Payment gateways and email services bound by NDAs.

7. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
